Etchujima Station on the JR Keiyo line is a ten-minute walk, Kiba on the Tokyo Metro Tozai line twelve, and Monzen-nakacho on the Tozai and Toei Oedo lines thirteen, with direct trains to Otemachi, Nihonbashi, Shiodome and Shinjuku. Riverside cafés, Fukagawa Fudo-do temple and Kiba Park give the neighbourhood a calm, old-Tokyo feel.
The residence has about 200 m² of shared space, with a lounge of sofas and tables and private booths to choose between depending on what you need.

We send the fixed-term lease
Usually the same business day. These homes are let on a 定期借家契約 (fixed-term lease), not as hotel accommodation, so a signed lease is what actually grants you the apartment. We also ask for a copy of your ID.

You sign, and we take the payment
The payment is captured only once the lease is signed. If the lease cannot be concluded — for any reason, on either side — the hold is released and you are charged nothing at all.

We send the access details before your first day. No guarantor company, no key money, no agency fee. Residence registration is possible at most of our buildings.
