unito Serviced Apartments

For agencies, companies and groups

Several apartments, one booking

Housing a project team, a study group or your clients? Choose the apartments yourself, get one quote for all of them, and pay once by bank transfer or card. Each guest registers their own details before they arrive.

How it works

  1. 1Choose the apartments

Search by dates and area, and add as many apartments as you need — each with its own dates if you like.

  2. 2Get your quote

We email you a link to confirm. The quote is issued at that moment's prices and the apartments are held for five business days.

  3. 3Pay by bank transfer or card

We review the quote and send you an invoice for the full amount. Pay once by bank transfer (in Japanese yen) or online by card. The booking is confirmed once payment is received.

  4. 4Register each guest

Every apartment gets its own page. Fill in the guest's details yourself, or forward the link so each guest adds their own name, address and passport.

  5. 5Sign the lease (30 nights or more)

For stays of 30 nights or more, each guest signs a fixed-term lease with us electronically. Your organisation is named in it as the payer. We send the lease once payment is confirmed.

  6. 6Move in

We send each guest the check-in instructions for their apartment.

Your quote

No apartments yet. Add them from the search results.

Request the quote

We email you a link. Open it and press “Issue the quote” to fix the prices and hold the apartments for five business days.

What we need from each guest

Up to 29 nights

A serviced stay. Japanese law asks us to record every guest: name, address, nationality and, for visitors from abroad, a copy of the passport.

30 nights or more

A fixed-term lease, signed electronically with the person who lives there. Your organisation pays; the guest provides their address and an ID document.

Need something else?

Different dates for each guest, a long list of rooms, or an area we have not shown? Tell us and we will put the quote together for you.

Used only to reply to you.
