Three stations are within walking distance: Tawaramachi on the Tokyo Metro Ginza line (4 minutes), Kuramae on the Toei Oedo line (7 minutes) and Asakusa on the Toei Asakusa line and Tsukuba Express (10 minutes). The cherry trees along the Sumida River are close by in spring, and the neighbourhood is green and calm for somewhere this central.
Guests staying a month or longer can use Mitsui Fudosan's WORK STYLING shared offices free of charge. The nearest are WORK STYLING Ueno, a minute from JR Ueno Station, and WORK STYLING Akihabara Chuo, a minute from the central gate of Akihabara Station, with private rooms, meeting rooms and an open workspace you can use without booking.

We send the fixed-term lease
Usually the same business day. These homes are let on a 定期借家契約 (fixed-term lease), not as hotel accommodation, so a signed lease is what actually grants you the apartment. We also ask for a copy of your ID.

You sign, and we take the payment
The payment is captured only once the lease is signed. If the lease cannot be concluded — for any reason, on either side — the hold is released and you are charged nothing at all.

We send the access details before your first day. No guarantor company, no key money, no agency fee. Residence registration is possible at most of our buildings.
