Services that put overseas guests at ease

Guests used to hotels often want their room cleaned and their linen changed, even on a long stay. We can arrange that for a monthly apartment too.

  • Regular cleaning

We clean the apartment at regular intervals during the stay — weekly, every two weeks, or whatever suits you.

  • Fresh linen

Sheets and towels are changed when you want them changed, so long stays stay comfortable.

  • Ready on arrival

Furniture, appliances and kitchenware, utilities and internet are included. Guests can move in with just a suitcase.

What is a serviced apartment?

A serviced apartment is a fully furnished home with furniture, appliances, kitchenware, utilities and internet ready on arrival. Guests can cook and live as at home — without the key money, agency fee, renewal fee and guarantor company a standard Japanese lease requires.

Hotels clean every day, but they are rarely set up for living over weeks or months. Our apartments come furnished and equipped for everyday life; add regular cleaning and linen changes, and guests used to hotels can enjoy a long stay just as comfortably.

Every apartment we list is owned and operated by unito. Stays of 30 nights or more are on a fixed-term lease; shorter stays are available from one night at properties licensed for short stays. The contract is in your company's name, paid by invoice (bank transfer).
