Higashi-Shinjuku Station on the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin and Toei Oedo lines is a three-minute walk, with direct trains to Shinjuku in about fifteen minutes, and Shin-Okubo on the JR Yamanote line is ten. Supermarkets, convenience stores and restaurants are close by.

We send the fixed-term lease
Usually the same business day. These homes are let on a 定期借家契約 (fixed-term lease), not as hotel accommodation, so a signed lease is what actually grants you the apartment. We also ask for a copy of your ID.

You sign, and we take the payment
The payment is captured only once the lease is signed. If the lease cannot be concluded — for any reason, on either side — the hold is released and you are charged nothing at all.

We send the access details before your first day. No guarantor company, no key money, no agency fee. Residence registration is possible at most of our buildings.
