    the size the cleanliness it is quiet close to the major streets the amenities happy to recommend very new a pleasant surprise

    What could be better

    the details for registration are outdated including the photo of the building it would be great to have english instructions for all the appliances because of the layout there is a little difficulty making the beds for longer stays more towels are needed - one towel is not enough for seven days

    Reserve — your card is held, not charged

    We authorise the amount due today and hold the apartment for you. Nothing is taken from your account at this point; your bank may show it as pending.

    We send the fixed-term lease

    Usually the same business day. These homes are let on a 定期借家契約 (fixed-term lease), not as hotel accommodation, so a signed lease is what actually grants you the apartment. We also ask for a copy of your ID.

    You sign, and we take the payment

    The payment is captured only once the lease is signed. If the lease cannot be concluded — for any reason, on either side — the hold is released and you are charged nothing at all.

    Move in

    We send the access details before your first day. No guarantor company, no key money, no agency fee. Residence registration is possible at most of our buildings.
