Toyocho Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai line is a six-minute walk, with direct trains to Otemachi, Nihonbashi and Iidabashi, and the Tozai line connects with many other subway lines. Supermarkets and restaurants surround the station, and the building sits in a calm residential area.
The residence has about 200 m² of shared space: a lounge with sofas for unwinding, and a workspace with private booths for when you need to concentrate.

We authorise the amount due today and hold the apartment for you. Nothing is taken from your account at this point; your bank may show it as pending.

We send the fixed-term lease
Usually the same business day. These homes are let on a 定期借家契約 (fixed-term lease), not as hotel accommodation, so a signed lease is what actually grants you the apartment. We also ask for a copy of your ID.

You sign, and we take the payment
The payment is captured only once the lease is signed. If the lease cannot be concluded — for any reason, on either side — the hold is released and you are charged nothing at all.

Move in
We send the access details before your first day. No guarantor company, no key money, no agency fee. Residence registration is possible at most of our buildings.

- 30 or more days before check-in: 100% refund
- 14 or more days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than the shortest window above: no refund
These percentages apply to the stay itself. Before the lease is signed there is nothing to apply them to: your card is authorised, never charged, and cancelling costs you nothing. Once the lease is concluded, its own termination clauses apply instead.
Registration
This is a fixed-term lease agreement, not hotel accommodation. Your booking reserves the home; the lease itself is concluded with our team before move-in.
