The east exit of Ebisu Station (JR) is a 12-minute walk and Hiroo Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya line is 14. Shibuya and Shinjuku are within about 25 minutes on a single train, and the building is on a quiet residential street with Yebisu Garden Place and plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.
Apartments 201 to 501 have a projector that works with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, ABEMA and U-NEXT, using your own subscription.

We authorise the amount due today and hold the apartment for you. Nothing is taken from your account at this point; your bank may show it as pending.

We send the fixed-term lease
Usually the same business day. These homes are let on a 定期借家契約 (fixed-term lease), not as hotel accommodation, so a signed lease is what actually grants you the apartment. We also ask for a copy of your ID.

You sign, and we take the payment
The payment is captured only once the lease is signed. If the lease cannot be concluded — for any reason, on either side — the hold is released and you are charged nothing at all.

We send the access details before your first day. No guarantor company, no key money, no agency fee. Residence registration is possible at most of our buildings.

- Less than the shortest window above: no refund
These percentages apply to the stay itself. Before the lease is signed there is nothing to apply them to: your card is authorised, never charged, and cancelling costs you nothing. Once the lease is concluded, its own termination clauses apply instead.
