About this home
A furnished apartment in a COMFORIA residence by Tokyu Land, completed in 2019. There are two apartments: a 25 m² studio (1K) with a semi-double bed, and a 41 m² one-bedroom (1LDK) with a queen bed. Each has a kitchen and a washing machine.
Shin-Nakano Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi line is a two-minute walk, and Shinjuku is about six minutes away with no change. Nakano-sakaue Station, on the same line, is thirteen minutes on foot.
There is a Summit supermarket on the ground floor of the building, and the Nabeya-Yokocho shopping street starts right outside. The building has an auto-locked entrance and parcel lockers, and rubbish can be put out at any hour.

We send the fixed-term lease
Usually the same business day. These homes are let on a 定期借家契約 (fixed-term lease), not as hotel accommodation, so a signed lease is what actually grants you the apartment. We also ask for a copy of your ID.

You sign, and we take the payment
The payment is captured only once the lease is signed. If the lease cannot be concluded — for any reason, on either side — the hold is released and you are charged nothing at all.

We send the access details before your first day. No guarantor company, no key money, no agency fee. Residence registration is possible at most of our buildings.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation charges apply. If we cannot conclude the lease, you are refunded in full. Otherwise, the stay is non-refundable.
- 30 or more days before check-in: 100% refund
- 14 or more days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than the shortest window above: no refund
These percentages apply to the stay itself. Before the lease is signed there is nothing to apply them to: your card is authorised, never charged, and cancelling costs you nothing. Once the lease is concluded, its own termination clauses apply instead.
Registration
This is a fixed-term lease agreement, not hotel accommodation. Your booking reserves the home; the lease itself is concluded with our team before move-in.
