Furnished 1K apartments of 25 m² and 2DK apartments of 31 m², in a residence completed in 2022. The 1K has a double bed and a double sofa bed; the 2DK has a semi-double bed and a double sofa bed.

Ikebukuro Station, served by JR, Tokyo Metro, Seibu and Tobu lines, is a six-minute walk. Shinjuku is about five minutes by train, Shibuya about 15, Tokyo about 20, and Shimbashi and Shinagawa about 30, all without changing.

The building has an auto-locked entrance, parcel lockers and a lift. The kitchen has cookware, tableware and cutlery, and the apartments have a TV, air conditioning, washing machine and vacuum cleaner. The bath and toilet are separate.

Guests staying a month or longer can use nearby branches of Mitsui Fudosan's WORK STYLING shared offices free of charge, with private rooms, meeting rooms and an open workspace you can use without booking.
