About this home

Furnished apartments of 20–30 m² in a residence completed in May 2026. Each has a microwave, a two-burner induction hob, a kettle, air conditioning, a washing machine and a bidet toilet, with the bath and toilet separate, and a balcony.

Wakamatsu-kawada Station on the Toei Oedo line is a three-minute walk, and Ushigome-yanagicho on the same line about eight. Shinjuku (about fifteen minutes), Shibuya, Ikebukuro, Akihabara and Tokyo Station are each one change away.

The building has an auto-locked entrance, parcel lockers and a lift. A supermarket is a minute's walk and two convenience stores are within three.

    Reserve — your card is held, not charged

    We authorise the amount due today and hold the apartment for you. Nothing is taken from your account at this point; your bank may show it as pending.

    We send the fixed-term lease

    Usually the same business day. These homes are let on a 定期借家契約 (fixed-term lease), not as hotel accommodation, so a signed lease is what actually grants you the apartment. We also ask for a copy of your ID.

    You sign, and we take the payment

    The payment is captured only once the lease is signed. If the lease cannot be concluded — for any reason, on either side — the hold is released and you are charged nothing at all.

  5. 5

    Move in

    We send the access details before your first day. No guarantor company, no key money, no agency fee. Residence registration is possible at most of our buildings.

  • 14 or more days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than the shortest window above: no refund

These percentages apply to the stay itself. Before the lease is signed there is nothing to apply them to: your card is authorised, never charged, and cancelling costs you nothing. Once the lease is concluded, its own termination clauses apply instead.
