Azabu-juban Station is a 1-minute walk away, served by the Tokyo Metro Namboku line and the Toei Oedo line, giving good access to central Tokyo. This makes the location convenient for a temporary stay during a work transfer or business trip, and the surrounding area has plenty of restaurants and supermarkets for a smooth start to life in Tokyo.
Rooms 207 and 208 are set up for remote work, each fitted with a height-adjustable desk, a work chair and a monitor, so you can adjust the desk to your preferred height and settle into focused work during your stay.

Reserve — your card is held, not charged
We authorise the amount due today and hold the apartment for you. Nothing is taken from your account at this point; your bank may show it as pending.

We send the fixed-term lease
Usually the same business day. These homes are let on a 定期借家契約 (fixed-term lease), not as hotel accommodation, so a signed lease is what actually grants you the apartment. We also ask for a copy of your ID.

You sign, and we take the payment
The payment is captured only once the lease is signed. If the lease cannot be concluded — for any reason, on either side — the hold is released and you are charged nothing at all.

Move in
We send the access details before your first day. No guarantor company, no key money, no agency fee. Residence registration is possible at most of our buildings.

Cancellation policy

- 30 or more days before check-in: 100% refund
- 14 or more days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than the shortest window above: no refund
- Administration fee is non-refundable and is not included in the percentages above
These percentages apply to the stay itself. Before the lease is signed there is nothing to apply them to: your card is authorised, never charged, and cancelling costs you nothing. Once the lease is concluded, its own termination clauses apply instead.
