First of all, there was no WhatsApp number or direct contact channel where I could reach someone. As a foreign guest, I was left completely without communication or assistance. Secondly, I believe someone should be available in person to oversee and assist with the check-in process. Not everything can be handled properly through written instructions alone. However, the biggest disappointment was the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the towels and bed sheets clearly did not feel clean. They did not even have a fresh, clean smell. Unfortunately, this was a huge disappointment for me. I genuinely regretted not booking a standard hotel instead. In my opinion, your accommodation has several serious shortcomings, and the current system is not suitable for a comfortable stay. I would never choose to stay here again under these conditions. We spent five nights sleeping on sheets without knowing whether they were actually clean or not. This was mentally exhausting and made our entire stay uncomfortable. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service.
